Not my favorite Mexican at all. Food was cold. Service was great that's the only good thing I can say.

In my opinion and my Wife will agree with me, Nicky's Mexican restaurant in Natchitoches is, and again in my opinion is the best in North West part of Louisiana. Their food is always great, consistent and top shelf. Their wait staff is always very courteous, clean, Friendly and professional. The dinning hall is always clean as well as their restrooms. There are plenty of good Mexican restaurants in this area, but Nicky's is our favorite.

I'm giving y'all a 5☆ rating because the first time I ordered with Watr, the meals were PERFECT. Wednesday afternoon fell a bit short. The first order was loaded with the cheese and guacamole on both plates. Wednesday, one order had NO guacamole at all, second plate had a dollop of guacamole and both orders barely had any cheese. Consistancy is the hallmark of a great place to eat.

Used to be a great place to eat. Now gives us diarrhea every time.

The Taco Tuesday special is my favorite. Food is always out about 10 minutes after the order if the restaurant is about half full. Workers are nice and it's not super expensive.

Been looking for good Mexican food since coming to East Texas. This place is a gem. We had the beef and chicken fajitas, which were well seasoned, tender and flavorful. The refried beans were a bit salty, but the staff was friendly and attentive, so it was overall enjoyable. We will be back.

Very clean establishment augmented by extremely friendly waitstaff (can't say enough good things about the staff). Salsa was 'so-so' and entrees were served as ordered and very hot. Portions were much more than generous- no one at our table of 6 was able to finish their whole meal. I'm holding back one star for food good taste of food versus great. We will definitely be back and would encourage you to visit Nicky's if you're in town. I'm not a margarita fan, but I hear theirs are top-notch.

I almost gave this place no stars but the crawfish enchilada was good. The waitress left us sitting at our table for way too long before taking our order. Another waitress brought our food and spilt my beans, looked at the mess and walked away. The rice wasn’t cooked all the way. It was still crunchy. The fried ice cream was made with corn flakes which wasn’t good. We asked for our tickets and a box and it took 15 minutes for her to come back with the tickets. I ask two more times for the box and never did get it. So I left without my other enchilada.

Friendly staff and decently priced Mexican food. Can't comment on the drinks but the salsa is great. Be sure to ask for their fire salsa as well. It's a treat

Passed by this place numerous times enroute to my mother's and back to Texas. At my wife's request we finally stopped to go in. We were warmly greeted by the staff and immediately seated. The service was awesome and the food was prepared fast and it was delicious. Definitely recommend Nicky's to all and plan to stop in again whenever we are in the area.

My favorite Mexican restaurant. We moved from Louisiana, but anytime I'm back in Natchitoches, this is where I go for Mexican. Haven't found a place with sauce as good yet.

We found this little gem while searching for seafood. We couldn’t find anything that looked decent or was open and almost passed by here. The seating was quick and efficient. The staff was friendly, the food was fantastic and the entire experience was spot on. My wife had the crawfish enchiladas and I had the shrimp quesadilla, so we ended up with seafood after all. The menu is not pricy and there are plenty of options. Highly recommend!!!

Maybe it’s because I’m used to Texas food, but this is the worst food I have ever had! I have never NOT been able to eat something, I am not a picky eater. I truly believe everything here comes from a can. The service was awful, I think they forgot about us. The waitress spilled beans all over my mom. Never again!

Good Mexican food and fun, friendly staff plus a cool drink special made this a good choice for our last night in Natchitoches. If you're into authentic Mexican food, give Nicky's a shot. You'll be glad that you did.

Some of the best food I’ve ever eaten!

Consistantly the same. Ground beef lacks flavor, cheese sauce is artificial and runny. Great guacamole, chips, and service.

Very good, consistent food and service. Their guacamole is the best around - chunky, with lots of tomato and onion. Nicky's is a solid choice for lunch or dinner.

Ordered queso from them on the waitr app, order arrived with no chips and when I called and asked them about it they told me “You have to order a meal to get chips” I paid 9 dollars for queso with no chips. They did not state that I had to order a meal on the app.

Food was ok, asked for salsa to be heated was told no,food was heated on plate so my rice and beans stuck to HOT plate,my steak soft tacos the meat was chopped up very fine looked like ground meat- service ok

We don't live in the area so only enjoy Nicky's when we make a specific trip. However, every time we've been the service is very good, and the food has never disappointed us. My son had the chicken fajitas this trip, and he said they were the best he's had anywhere. I enjoyed the supreme nachos with seasoned ground beef. The nachos are LOADED with toppings, and the guacamole (which I order on the side) is so good! I highly recommend this restaurant.

Food and staff were awesome

Nice little restaurant just off the highway. Service was great! We stopped right at 5 so it really wasn’t busy. I had the fish tacos, although good, seemed like it was missing something. The taco was just a piece of grilled fish on a soft taco shell. No sauce or any other condiments. Came with your regular beans, rice and a guacamole salad.

Stopped in for a late lunch and really enjoyed. The food was good and the house margaritas were really good. I will stop there again when in the area.

Best Mexican restaurant in all Natchitoches, make sure you get the chimichanga or the crawfish enchiladas. Don't forget to finish your meal with the best fried ice cream you'll ever have

Was recommended here by the hotel receptionist. Food was hot, sweet tea was good. Will stop here again.

The salsa was delicious but the chips were a little overcooked. The food was delicious and a plate full. It was 4 of us and we all got a takeout plate. They were very busy but the wait time was great.
